Working hours
+- You can expect a 5 or 6 day week with 40 or 48 hours. However, we are flexible and are happy to talk about fewer days or hours or even more. In breakfast service and housekeeping, for example, almost anything is possible. From 8 to 48 hours.
- All jobs are offered exclusively without working breaks. There are no split working hours unless you prefer them.
- You will receive an annual position, unless you prefer to only work with us on a seasonal basis. You decide.

Pay & accommodation
+- The collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry forms the basis of our employment relationship. However, we offer above-average pay in all areas depending on your qualifications and training. Special payments and any agreed performance bonuses supplement your remuneration.
- We offer free employee accommodation (apartments, garçonnières, single and double rooms) directly in the hotel or in the neighborhood.
- Sophisticated tipping system so that you get your well-deserved tip even when paying by credit card or mobile phone.
